Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CallScore (the "Service"), available at callscore.xyz. By using the Service or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What CallScore is
CallScore is an informational analytics service. It records public statements made by online commentators and content creators and scores their historical accuracy over time, so users can review track records. The Service presents data and analysis only.
2. Not financial advice
CallScore does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, portfolio management, trade execution, or buy/sell recommendations. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All scores and metrics are backward-looking measurements of past public statements and are not predictions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use a paid plan. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and payment processor
Paid plans are offered as monthly ($9/month) or annual ($99/year) subscriptions. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or redistributing the data at scale without permission, reverse engineering the Service, attempting to disrupt it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Data accuracy
The Service aggregates and interprets publicly available content using automated tools. While we work to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that every score, quote, price, or attribution is complete or error-free. The Service is provided "as is."
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallScore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from decisions you make based on information from the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
