Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information CallScore ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. Information we collect
Account data. If you use our Telegram bot, we store your Telegram user/chat id and username so we can deliver your digest and manage your watchlist and plan.
Subscription data. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Paddle) collects your payment details and billing information. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only the information needed to grant and manage your plan (e.g. a subscription identifier and status).
Public content. The analytics in the Service are derived from publicly available posts and videos by the commentators we track. This is public information, not personal data about you.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service: deliver notifications and digests, maintain your watchlist, provide and renew your subscription, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Processors we use
We rely on a small set of service providers to run CallScore: Paddle (payments and billing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Telegram (message delivery), and Railway (running the bot). Each processes data only to provide its service.
4. Data retention
We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see Contact); we will remove your subscriber record and watchlist.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
The public website is a static site and does not use tracking cookies. The payment checkout (hosted by Paddle) may use cookies necessary to process your transaction.
